ACAD Block to Revit Family

I was asked if we could potentially convert or at least swap AutoCAD block with Revit Family. First thought was to import and explode it, wait..what??.explode? that doesn't sound like a good idea for a lot of reasons so here's my ACAD Block replacer that works with CAD link.. Not IMPORT ;)
